People are really out here being so rude on planes it's out of hand. Whether the bad behavior is directed towards the crew or other passengers, it's just unacceptable. If you want to avoid being the next "Unruly Passenger" viral video, make sure you DON'T do these things.
- Playing airplane cop. It's not your job to make sure other passengers are behaving well. Often times you stepping in heated makes the situation worse. If someone is doing something they shouldn't, let the staff know so they can take care of it.
- Don't get wasted on your flight. First of all, no one wants to deal with your annoying drunk behavior. Second, when passengers get drunk and act up it delays the flight and can even cause a cancellation.
- Kicking the back of the seat. If it's your child, let them know it's not polite. If it's you, a GROWN adult, get your life together.
- Fully reclining your seat. Is it your fault that airplane seating is getting smaller and more uncomfortable? No. Is it your fault you were born super tall? Also no. Is it still rude and self indulgent? YES. We're all uncomfortable here! There's no need to make it even more unbearable for the people around you.
- Taking off your shoes. First of all, ew. Do you know how many germs there are on planes and you're just squishing your toe beans all up in them? Second, ew! I don't want your nasty foot funk near my things.
- Using the wrong overhead bins. Sometimes the plane get full fast and you have to use a different bin, it's completely understandable. But if you're the person that's seated at the middle or back of the plane and you put your stuff at the FRONT of the planes, unacceptable. Because it might be easier for you boarding the plane, but when we're getting off the plane now the people at the front have to get their stuff from the back and now our whole getting off process is a congested mess.
