You could probably name a friend or two that is ALWAYS late... literally always. Well, according to a recent scientific study people who tend to be late usually live longer lives and are ultimately more successful in life.

This scientific study basically revealed what we all know to be true, stress is super bad! Now according to this study people who are generally late all the time "feel less stressed, unconcerned with deadlines, and generally more relaxed."
The result is often "lower blood pressure, lower risks of heart disease, greater cardiovascular health, lower risk of stroke, and lower chance of depression."
