A courthouse in Oklahoma was closed down this week when a lawyer showed up for work with bed bugs.
The Rogers County sheriff says the lawyer walked into a courtroom on the third floor of the building and had bugs falling out of his clothes. Sheriff Walton says, "Hard to imagine someone doesn't know...that some bed bugs are crawling all over them certainly in abundance."
At one point, the lawyer even took off his jacket and shook bugs all over the prosecutor's files. Witnesses say he didn't even appear to care. But security did -- they evacuated and shut down the building for the day.
Exterminators were called in and they worked overnight to treat the entire building. Court was back in session the next day.
